I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications, a Post Graduate Diploma in Mobile and Optical Technology and an MBA in IT and Systems.

I have ten years of work experience, mostly in the field of Telecommunications. Currently, I have less than a year of Procurement specific experience and education.

Though this was a mandatory certification asked by my company, I felt it was really interesting to go through the courseware slides which were very concise and informative to understand fundamentals of Public procurement.

My personal commitment towards Procurement is that I am responsible and accountable towards all commitments in the profession and strive to be transparent in making all related decisions.

I feel that till date, massive awareness is required in the field of procurement reforms. A strong commitment towards credible and transparent leadership is required at all levels. The strong anti-corruption laws and anti-fraud laws need to be implemented and equally enforced across all the social strata of the nation to make a meaningful impact on the outcomes.
