I completed my B. Tech degree in in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT), Gorakhpur, (UP). I joined Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) a premier PSU in India, at Bangalore office in June 2006 as Deputy Engineer in Development & Engineering (D&E) division. I worked for development and realization of various products and network systems. I am a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) from American Society for Quality (ASQ), USA.

As being in the field of procurement, it was important for me to acquire a professional certification in this field. I got this opportunity to enrich my experience of procurement by learning through CPPP courseware and obtaining the certificate through an intensive competency test conducted by World Bank. I am committed to my work and strive to effectively use these learnings in my profession in making all the related decisions.

This course is designed in such a way, that one doesn’t have to be a professional or expert in procurement to understand various concepts, practices, procedures, limitation and issues related to Public Procurement.
