My qualifications include B.Sc. in EEE, MBA in MIS and PGD in Disaster Management. I am a Life Fellow of The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB). I am also a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).

I have been working for Engineering Staff College, Bangladesh (ESCB) as an ICT Advisor. I have around 17 years of work experience in the field of ICT with various professional capacities at different projects of Bangladesh Government partnering with International Agencies like DFID, IDB, DANIDA etc.

During the period of my professional career, I was involved in procurement activities related to ICT. I strongly believe that Certificate Program in Public Procurement has enlightened me about procurement and of course, will do the same for mass people as well.

I praise The World Bank for designing such an interactive, interesting and useful learning program. It’s a learning about how to use public money effectively and efficiently.
