My educational qualifications include a Diploma in Mechanical Engineer (MSc Equivalent) from National Technical University of Athens, Greece, 1992. I have over 25-year long engineering professional career mainly with ADK Consulting Engineers S.A. (Project Manager and Head of Quality Management Department).

Procurement and Contract Management are my main fields of employment and expertise for the last 10 years. My procurement specific experience involves Bid Document preparation in accordance with: OPRC, DBT under OPRC, DBT following FIDIC Guidelines, National Legislation of various countries.

I strongly believe that public procurement should follow an explicit set of regulations preferably common all over the world in order to avoid delays, drawbacks and wrong decisions. The same goes for Contract Management also. The more transparent and straight forward the process of public procurement will be, the better -and well accepted- the results.
