I’ve studied Diploma in Computing Science in the University of the South Pacific since 2007 sponsored by the Tuvalu Government and is currently pursuing a double major in Information System and Mathematics.

I have worked in the Department of Statistics and as a Community Organizer under NAPA Project for two years and I decided to become a full-time homestay mum for 3-4 years. I’m currently working as an Intern via Internship Program under TVAIP Project.

I am happily married to Katepu and a proud mum of five beautiful children (Jnr Semi, Iosua, Lomeina, Sieni, Manaema). I’m thankful for the supportive family that has stood behind me since day one of everything, and the unbreakable bond that helps enhance our mental well-being.

I stumbled across procurement when I took a role as an Intern through the Internship Program. As I started this program, I found Procurement very challenging since I haven’t studied any of it throughout my education experience.

As days passed by, I started to enjoy learning Procurement and I started to build my interest in it. I’ve managed to complete this program and I must admit that it is one of the field I gladly came across and despite the extremely challenging career to take, I must say procurement caught my interest and the kind of interest that will help me make my next career move.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the World Bank for this impressive and significant program, had it not been for this program I would not have been made aware of, least of all, gain knowledge in Procurement.

To anyone from anywhere who is planning to learn and to experience the Certificate Program in Public Procurement, I have to admit that it is going to be a remarkable experience and you wouldn’t have a second thought of it as it will pull yourself up and lead you through in your future career.
