I am a part of provincial Civil Services of Punjab province for last 4 years. After my induction in services and completion of my training, I was posted in Home department and worked in Punjab Arms Licenses Management System (PALMS) project, a flagship project of Punjab Government to digitize the records and processes pertaining to arms licenses to improve Internal Order and Public Security. After PALMS Project, I have worked as Deputy Director (Institutional Reforms) in Punjab Skills Development Project (PSDP), a project sponsored by World Bank for improvement in technical skills sector. After that, I was posted as AC (Revenue) in Lahore City, the Provincial Capital of Punjab. Currently, I am working as Manager Finance of Intermediate Cities Infrastructure Investment Project, a project funded by Asian Development Bank.
During my 4 years of career in public sector, I was a part of various committees constituted for monitoring the process of procurement. To understand technical and practical issues of procurement, I was looking for a brief and comprehensive learning program like Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP).
