I am a civil engineer and have completed Masters of Science in Construction Management from Nepal Engineering College (NEC-CPS) and Masters in Public Administration from Tribhuvan Univeristy, Nepal.
I have thirteen years of experience in various aspects of engineering including project management in organization and procurement management. I have parallel academic experiences in teaching as an assistant professor for construction project management and procurement management related subjects for bachelor and masters level in engineering. Currently I am working as a Health Infrastructure Policy Development Advisor for Nepal Health Sector Support Programme (NHSSP-III) to support Ministry of Health and Population (MOHP) and Department of Urban Development and Building Construction (DUDBC) for formulation of different policies, standards required for health infrastructure development along with procurement management of two priority hospitals retrofitting project.
I am truly delighted, indebted and honored on completing the certificate programme with distinctions in public procurement through MOCC. The course is designed with learner friendly interface where each and every learner can easily access and can learn quite smartly with relevant examples. I am implementing what I have learned from CPPP in my working field.
I am inspiring my colleagues for enrolling the course through iNET to use the learning platform and get felicitated with the most decorated course in the world.
