My educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Building and Construction Engineering and a M.Sc. in Building and Construction Engineering from the University of Technology/ Baghdad.

My procurement specific work experience includes the selection methods for Goods, works, and non-consulting services for both engineering and non-engineering services, International and open competitive bidding and arrangement or preparation of standard procurement documents that are requested for bids, General background of corruption, fraudulent, coercive, and collusive role that are largely affected on various frames of procurement, Bid data preparation and bid evaluation and selections, preparation for technical and financial documents with appropriate estimated costs that are related to various changes of the markets.

Regarding the CPPP course, it has been an interesting and exciting experience for us, which may give new aspects in different business sectors, including the building and construction sectors.
