My educational qualifications include a B.Sc. Degree from Al-Anbar University – IRAQ and a M.Sc. Degree from Gaziantep University – TURKEY. I am currently working in the field of procurement through the management of the emergency financial loan of the World Bank. I am a member of the PMT team (procurement team) in Anbar province and we are working on preparing projects plan that meets the World Bank’s standards and requirements.

Through my work as an engineer, I am closely associated with contracting, procurement and supply works. Therefore, I always look for any modern work contexts of a professional nature that add to my performance and crystallize the experience gained in the practical field, which is embodied in the concept of public procurement. This has developed my intellectual position in contracting and project management and promoted the concepts of transparency and professionalism and reduce the effects of corruption and avoid the resulting risks. So, I’m interested in getting any update in the future on the procedure and context of public procurement. I advise all my peers and colleagues to take training courses and study public procurement.

CPPP, added to my experience by analyzing the stages of work contexts, and gave me a good overview of the content of the term ‘public procurement’. So, I see the content and design of the training mechanism are suitable and good
