My qualifications include BE (Mechanical) from Delhi College of Engineering. I have a total of 26 years working in state owned PSU, working in various functional areas of supply chain (Material Management, Manufacturing, Production Planning & Control, Quality and Corporate Quality).

As I have handled various assignments in different areas of supply chain and also specifically handling procurements, it was an opportunity to learn, enhance skill and understand the model requirements. Having well framed procurement policies in the organization with laid out procurement procedures and well versed with QMS requirements for AS9100 it encouraged me to attempt the Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP) program.

CPPP is a program which defines the basic requirements of the procurement functions. It gives an insight on the transparency that should be part of procurement process.

My family includes my wife Neera Sharma who is as academician and we are blessed with two kids. The son is pursuing BE(Mechanical) and daughter is in Senior Secondary.
