I hold a Master’s degree in Project Management and Consulting and degree from Kyiv National University of Economics (1994-1999), Ukraine.
I have more than 15 years’ working experience as Financial Manager in World Bank projects under different Ministries in Ukraine. As a Financial Manager, my responsibilities include procurement activities: prepare TORs for consulting and non-consulting services, prepare bidding documents (ICB), evaluation expert in bidding, contracts and agreements, contract management etc. As far as financial management and procurement management are cross-related disciplines I have participated in various procurement seminars conducted by the World Bank. I have also attended on-line courses in public procurement in Ukraine.
CPPP helped me to enhance my professional knowledge and to be more productive in the project.
I consider professionalization is the most important element in making public procurement transparent, cost-effective and efficient.
I would strongly recommend the course to all who want to boost their professional skills in public procurement, to broaden the vision and to learn something new. It is a well-designed program which could benefit public procurement professionals.
